Uh hate to tell you this, but Goonswarm has no residents in scalding pass. They announced they were abandoning the rejoin months ago. Hell even I knew that and I only came back to eve 2 weeks ago. Bob are crowing about killing towers in an empty region. Which, I suppose, is the appropriate level of resistance for their level *Shrug*

You need level 3 sov in order to keep a jump bridge running, which requires you have tower majority in the system as well as having your sovereignty untouched for a minimum of 35 days from the time you claim the system.

Seems Bob & pets haven't taken systems in so long that they forgot their sov mechanics.
